From 2012 to 2019 Dan was CEO and driving force for award winning businesses DJS (UK) Limited and PiggyBank.

Marc has a demonstrated history of working in the finance, recruitment and marketing industry. Skilled in Risk Management, Banking, Business Development, Business Process Improvement, and Financial Services. Strong human resources professional who has worked within the financial industry for over a decade, from customer service, collections and recoveries.
Marc has worked mainly within the finance and collections sectors over the past decade for numerous brands including Richmond group, Advantage loans, Loan finder, Harvey Sturtt and Amigo Loans.
From 2014 to 2019 Marc was Head of Recruitment and training at DJS (UK) Limited and PiggyBank and was responsible for expanding the call centre from 5 phone based agents to a 60 strong multi channel contact centre.
Marc was recognised in this time with DJS (UK) Limited and PiggyBank with such awards as UK Employee Experience Awards - 2018, recognised for its approach to providing a more efficient, healthier and energised workforce, CICM British Credit Awards - 2019, with Consumer Call Centre Team of the Year, Best Companies Accreditation - 2019 with an Extraordinary three stars accreditation, Sunday Times Best Companies - 2019 and placed 73rd on the list of ‘Best Small Company to Work For and within the South West of England, DJS (UK) Limited were voted 8th.
Sam has worked within the Financial Services industry for the past 11 years. Starting off working as a call centre agent, he worked his way up through various levels of senior management and moved through departments to gain a full understanding of how businesses operate. An opportunity arose to move into Accounts and since then, Sam has studied AAT and moved into ACCA. Sam is known for his longevity in companies and worked within The Richmond Group and Debt Line.
From 2014 to 2019 Sam moved into Accounts within DJS (UK) Limited and managed to move from Accounts Assistant to Group Management Accountant within this short period. It was during this time Sam developed key partnerships with suppliers and lead generators to help reduce costs and increase business relations. Sam developed skills within Health and Safety (IOSH registered) and in the Human Resource sector, soon becoming a key member of the HR team within the award winning DJS (UK) Limited and PiggyBank.
Darren has been a Software Professional for over fifteen years, working in the healthcare, insurance and finance sectors as a Software Engineer, Technical Architect and Software Manager. Darren is proficient in agile and lean software development processes, and has worked on systems for small teams up to systems used by thousands of people. His expertise includes integration with BACS and Direct Debit platforms, third party consumer identification software and communication platform architecture.
Darren is now working as IT Director, where he is working closely with the best information suppliers and building an IT strategy that utilises innovative and cutting-edge technology.
Ramzi is a Big4 and Top10 trained Chartered Accountant with a strong technical audit and accounting background as well as experience in Performance Improvement consultancy. Having then worked in a Senior Group Commercial Finance role as part of the Head Office of a multinational organisation and most recently as a Finance Director of an award winning Fintech business, Ramzi brings both technical and commercial finance experience with him as Chief Finance Officer.
As part of the Senior Management Team, Ramzi will oversee the day to day running of the Finance & HR Function as well as contributing financial expertise to the strategy and operations of the business.
Matt has been a technology professional for fourteen years with ten years operating as a software developer. He has implemented software and consulted in a number of sectors including telecommunications, energy, insurance, healthcare, employee benefits and financial services.
Throughout his career Matt has developed bespoke software solutions with a focus on automation, user journeys and reporting. He has experience in integrating with third-party systems including Open Banking, Credit Reference Agencies, Communication Platforms, and Consumer Identification.
Matt thinks “outside the box” enabling him to effectively scrutinise expensive business processes and provide solutions to help boost operational efficiencies whilst reducing costs. His focus is to design, innovate, extend and optimise our digital solutions whilst increasing revenue, reducing cost and improving operational efficiency.
Rob has had a varied career, spending ten years across the financial industry, starting out in retail banking and moving into alternative lending six years ago.
Rob has earned four promotions during his tenure. Rob now heads up operations for the company.
Rob is involved with all major projects and has exposure to all areas of the business such as Marketing, Credit Risk, Customer Care, Finance and Tech which gives Rob a balanced view. This helps to ensure that all decisions have the key stakeholders’ best interests at the core, whilst reaching commercially viable and sustainable solutions.
